Which file formats can I use?
PianoMira accepts .mid and .midi files. You can also add an MP3 or WAV file as the performance audio.
What can I export with the free plan?
You can export a complete MP4 up to 60 seconds at 720p and 60 FPS. Free exports include the PianoMira logo. Longer songs are exported from the beginning up to the limit, including the opening and closing animation.
What does PianoMira Pro include?
Pro is an automatically renewing plan with a standard price of JPY 980 or USD 8 per month. It supports logo-free MP4 exports up to 5 minutes at up to 1080p and 60 FPS. Your actual billing currency, applicable tax, and renewal total appear in Checkout before you confirm. There is no joining fee, minimum term, or free trial. Longer songs are exported from the beginning up to the limit, including the opening and closing animation.
Where can I get help with payment, cancellation, or a refund?
Managed Payments transactions display “Sold through Link,” and Link acts as the merchant of record for payment and transaction support. Use plan management or Link order management to review payment methods and cancellation. Contact Link support for transaction and refund requests, and contact PianoMira for product or technical help.
Which browser should I use?
For MP4 exports with audio, we recommend the latest desktop version of Chrome or Edge. Availability may vary by browser and device performance.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
MIDI and hand assignments are sent to AWS to generate fingering and hand motion. MIDI is deleted after processing; generated motion is available for 24 hours after completion. Audio, background images, and the finished MP4 stay in your browser and are not uploaded.
Do I need to film my hands or install any software?
No. PianoMira generates hand movement and falling notes from MIDI and exports an MP4 in your browser. We recommend the latest desktop Chrome or Edge.
Can I create a video from only an MP3 or WAV?
A MIDI file is required. You can add an MP3 or WAV as the performance audio. PianoMira does not convert audio into MIDI.
Can I use PianoMira instead of other piano video software?
PianoMira creates piano videos with animated 3D hands and falling notes from MIDI files. If you are looking for a Concert Creator alternative for this type of video, PianoMira is an option to consider. PianoMira is an independent service and is not affiliated with Concert Creator.
